Hi @Yee Yie , I tested this on my end and I was able to edit the Employee field. By any chance, do you have an Approval Workflow enabled for your expense report? It applied to another transaction record (e.g. invoice)? Regards, Ayie

Hi @Vernita Upon looking further on our end, I found out that the ability to filter subtotals is still a system limitation. Apologies @Vernita , but I cannot replicate the issue on my end as it is working fine on my test environment. Can you provide a screenshot of the report with the unchecked "Open". Try also filtering the date to the exact date of the expense report and confirm the subsidiary context selected.
