Thanks, worked out that selecting it in the view and then reloading the record will then remember the setting so will get users to do this the first time round Thanks for the pointers

Hi, yes currently i have the sublist column ticked for all the customers roles to use the new search but still see the standard search.

Yes i have that rule active which enables the users to select to pick partially packed orders, but it does mean they have to do that every time they access the pack station otherwise orders from backorder or where the full quantity on the sales order is not picked are hidden

have identified that all my orders that are missing have a quantity less then one, so working through getting the defect resolved with urgency

Hi i have worked out that the WMS app does not update when multi language is turned off, we have turned this on and the App is now updating again

Hi, i tried that formula (and variations of it) but he formula always resolved to an "Error file not found" when trying to link to the email

I shifted the report to the transaction class an i can now get the project to display but not a direct link to the attachments, so leaving it as a drill in option for now

have included a screen shot showing the project on the UI, and then where i think it would be in the transaction section of the report

Hi, had a look using both Main Line true and false and i do not see a Project field, could this be because the project is set from open air? Cheers

The search is running on communications with a filter for Tax Invoice and Email to restrict results

I have checked that answer and i do have the additional accounts box ticked, the account I am missing is an expense account, so dont think that would change it

Yes i was using a sublist group, but i have subsequently found an enhancement request to enable these fields in the sublist fields, so looks like not currently possible

yes at the moment given the restriction to have locations at a single subsidiary level i am going to create a new location, i will then need to transfer all of the existing transactions from the current to the new location for one of the subsidiaries, so far have not found a script or process that can automate this
