Hi @User_GY7YY Apologies, the license seat should be under Full Licensed User. When you remove an employee center role from an employee record, you should be able to add this role to the new employee. For reference, please see SuiteAnswerID: 85450. I hope this helps.

Apologies for the confusion. I understand that, using your custom role, you cannot see the Related Records subtab on the Employee record (based on your first screenshot).
