That's interesting! Are you trying to test this directly on the saved search or from the portlet? Are you experiencing this on other saved searches, like transaction or other entity searches? Also, please send us a screenshot of the employee search in question.

Apologies, I forgot to include the Enhancement #332540 for updating the FROM name even after setting the Return Email Address to its subsidiary. Per checking, there is no workaround in changing the from name. Please visit SuiteIdeas to vote for this enhancement.

Hi @SanjeevV, When setting the Documents and Files permission to the View access level in the custom role, it will affect all of the files and folders in the file cabinet.
