Hi @Elina Kourouzidou, I tried disabling Bar Coding and Item Labels feature and the print button disappeared on Item Receipt. The feature enables the printing. Is it possible the feature was accidentally disabled on your account that's why the print button disappered?

Hi @Vernita, Unfortunately, the customer and subsidiary has to be setup too so the script will be triggered. That is why the script error message says, "Items to close not set for the selected subsidiary of the customer."
