Yeah I was aware of that option but If I install it in production it would over ride what's in production, I don't have "Yes" option I believe because I am not the original poster.

@Dinesh Babu Gadhamsetty , Yes I figured out when you go in Numbering section on the custom record you can check "Allow Override" which will allow you to populate or change the numbers.

Greetings, copy to account won't be an option because they have over 100 custom records, and for bundling and installing it in production, wouldn't that override what's in production? if I just create a bundle and keep it not install anywhere would that work? Thanks for the responses.

@Peter Bergsma , if you use a particular role, for a particular subsidiary it will default to the employee subsidiary.

Hi @User_6OR5G , you cannot use inventory details on the mass create page, you cannot use Bins or lot/serial item to receive, fulfill or mass create work order, it has to be done individually.

@Steamericas-Curtis, there are couple of ways you can do this, there is a feature called "Copy to Account", which needs to be enabled in "Enable Feature", once Enabled you will see it on the Top right side of page in edit mode, there is also something called SuiteBundler, which is being deprecated but is still available,…

@Kellyann Once you confirm the PO# on the header is populated on the sales order, get "Reference Number" on the report or "otherrefnum" on the saved search would populate.

HI Quality is a NetSuite bundle but Yes, Quality Inspection queue is a custom record, I didn't encounter any error other than I didn't see the field I was actually looking for on the workflow.

My customer is in the renting business they charge customer time but rents the machines for free. they need to be able to track the machine exactly where it is at any given time and when they will get it back.

Yeah I was thinking on the similar line, thanks for the conformation, I am not good with workflow so just wondering but can we create a field on the line level and on approval if user changes the new account field, we can have "set field value"? either in this workflow or create a second workflow that would trigger.
