@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Yes - this is a field in the PFA page. I think this is because of the activation of the field "Apply Nacha Rules" under Electronic Payments Preference.

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle in my client's account the "File Reference Field is now called "Download Decrypted File". While creating the Workflow, I cannot see this field. Is there any way for this?

Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I did that but no luck. I reached out to the support team as well. They said that when my user is being used, The PFA page can still be accessed.

Hi @Veronica Steluta Mincior-Oracle I asked my co-consultant to try the custom AP Clerk. She was not able to access the PFA page. What is weird is when I am using the role, I can still access the Page. This custom AP Clerk does not have access to the PFA Page.

Hi @Pedro Alegria-Oracle I tried it on a controller role this time. I set the PFA Access to "None" and for Document and Files to "View". This role can still access the PFA record.

Hi @Pedro Alegria-Oracle I tried this SuiteAnswer article and replicated it in my demo account. It is not working. My custom role can still access PFA page it cannot access the File Cabinet.

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle this worked. However, the standard way of looking for that page still disappeared which is a weird behavior of the system. It is also weird that even the administrator role does not have that navigation path.

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle I believe this account still has the old 23.2 version. This is a weird behavior because i was seeing the page before this issue happened.

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle I was supposed to open the Payment File Administration page through the navigation path (Payments > Payment Processing > ) Suddenly it disappeared and when i try to search it. I get that error.

My customer said that they still want the EFT Payment to be processed by the AP Clerk and get to generate it in the Payment File Administration Page. So it means that the AP Clerk should still be able to access PFA Page. Now what they want is to lock the NACHA/Positive Pay File to be downloaded. It might not be from the…
