Ok....I need suggestions on how some of you are identifying/categorizing the difference between a candidate you rejected after reviewing their resume and an applicant who you actually interviewed and then rejected. We have been categorizing rejected candidates under the Requisition Candidate-Status, Rejected for Position option.... NOW... I go to pull a report and I can't tell the difference between all candidates that have applied and were rejected and the candidates that were actually considered an applicant.

I am pulling Insight reports on our Q2 2011. The last few quarters have been difficult... and it's REALLY time to find a solution.  I am pulling my data based off on the Requisition-Filled Date and the Requisition Candidates-Date Applied as well at the Req and Candidate's Main Statuses.  I am still finding candidates we did not consider to be an applicant during that time frame. Make sense? If it doesn't...forget it, just tell me how you do it!

Howdy, Stranger!
