Ok....I need suggestions on how some of you are identifying/categorizing the difference between a candidate you rejected after reviewing their resume and an applicant who you actually interviewed and then rejected. We have been categorizing rejected candidates under the Requisition Candidate-Status, Rejected for Position option.... NOW... I go to pull a report and I can't tell the difference between all candidates that have applied and were rejected and the candidates that were actually considered an applicant.

I am pulling Insight reports on our Q2 2011. The last few quarters have been difficult... and it's REALLY time to find a solution.  I am pulling my data based off on the Requisition-Filled Date and the Requisition Candidates-Date Applied as well at the Req and Candidate's Main Statuses.  I am still finding candidates we did not consider to be an applicant during that time frame. Make sense? If it doesn't...forget it, just tell me how you do it!    Feel free to email me at

Howdy, Stranger!
