Attached is a sample Use Case for using Taleo Insight Conditional Formatting.

As an Administrator when designing a custom report, you have the ability to apply conditional formatting to obtain your desire results. In some cases, business users (Recruiters and Hiring Managers) have this ability when viewing a report as well, using Interactive Viewer. This example shows you how you can highlight report data based on dates or other factors within your report.
