Scheduled Reports Failing After Upgrade
Content
Has anyone experienced scheduled report failures after the reporting & analytics upgrade? I am not sure if the errors are related or not, however the timing of the errors is suspicious. We have a daily New Hire report which was running ok, no scheduler issues prior to the upgrade. Now it has failed 10 times in 8 weeks since the upgrade. The error message is:
“A database error occurred. The database error text is: ORA-00028: your session has been killed. (WIS 10901” for 7 of the 8 report failures. The other message received was:
“Unable to reconnect to the CMS chprrp3032.ch.rsft.net:6400. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)”
