Creating Evaluation Templates in Perform
I work for a healthcare organization that is new to Perform and in the process of setting up Taleo Perform to handle performance evaluations.
I would like to find out from other healthcare Perform customers best practices for set up. For example:
- Did you use library or custom competencies.
- For example, RNs: Is there assigned competencies assigned for all RNs or is there a different assignment based on the department specialty??
- Would you be willing to share your evaluation template.
Any other best practices is appreciated.
