Diversity Slate Metrics

Do you have a diversity slate metric?
How is it defined?
Are you successfully utilizing Taleo to report on it? If so, how?
We are evaluating the following:
# of slates including a female

total number of positions hired (month)
Considering taking the data from the 'Phone Interview' step and 'Sent to Hiring Manager' status. We are struggling with how to handle 'bucketed' positions where we have multiple openings so only post one to collect candidates and then hire into the others.
Internal Candidate Slates:
We are also reviewing how / if we can use Taleo ATS to successfully track internal candidates - however, not easy to report on as EEO data is not requested of internal candidates. Are you applying 'slate metrics' to your internal positions?
