Requisition Approvals via Email

Hi

I watched the video on Approve requisitions and job offers from your email--from your desktop, your laptop or your PDA.

I noticed that the Hiring Managers do not have the "Send Requisition for Approval" tab - Does anyone how I to configure their view so that they can send requisitions for approval? (I can see this tab as admin)
