Insight Reports - Time to Fill - Work days or Total Days?

I noticed that Taleo calculates the

total number of days to fill a position,
  1. Is there way to program the system to factor the number of weekends in to the formula before the report generates?  Time to fill = 64 days however, if weekends the number is 47
  2. I am also curious to find out what other companies use - do you use the total number of days or do you factor weekends into your calculation?
