Pulling All Candidates on Req Based on Job Offer Accepted Date For One Candidate

We have a request to create a report that pulls in data for all candidates on a requisition where the Job Offer - Accepted Date for one candidate on the requisition that falls within a particular date range.  The requisition is actually considered to be filled based on the job offer being accepted and by when the status is changed to Filled.  I am find this to be almost impossible because if you add the Job Offer - Accepted Date field as a date range as a filter, it filters out any candidates that does not have a Job Offer
