How can I make Onboard populate custom forms?

I am having a challenge with Onboard. We have a very blue collar work force. A number of our applicants have limited to no access to a computer. They typically use the local labor department's computers to apply but do not have access to one for the onboarding process.

I am trying to figure out a way to use Onboard to pre-populate our custom forms with the basic information from the application such as name, address, phone etc. and then simply print all of them out at one time without having to go through the electronic signature process.  That way I can have the applicant simply sign the pre-populated forms that we have printed during their orientation.
