Deleting Documents in Taleo 7.5 Enterprise

Aloha All,

Currently we are using Taleo 7.5 Enterprise Edition and we must instruct applicants to overwrite old documents with their new documents once they hit their maximum of three.  Is there some sort of functionality we would be able to implement that would allow us the ability to remove/delete documents and then upload new ones?
