Mandatory Field Indicator

In Taleo 11b, do the mandatory fields for requisitions have any type of indicator next to the field, such as an asterisk? We are currenly on 7.5 and the only indication that a field is mandatory is when it comes up under Missing Elements.  Also, do you have the ability to make fields mandatory in Offer Management?
