Display EEO data to recruiters...Good/Bad idea? How?
Content
Hi all,
I've been round and round in discussion with my recruiting team about a request they have to display a candidate's EEO information on the candidate profile. Aside from all the potential risks and liabilities this would expose, I seem to be losing that battle. Anyway, I'd be curious what other people think about this requirement, as well as how you might go about implementing it. Our old ATS, Kenexa Brass Ring, apparently provided this option to them. I wasn't the system admin for that application, so I'm not sure how it was implemented.
I'm not sure if Taleo can even accommodate such a request (I hope they can't), as I don't see an option to add this data to the candidate profile page.
