Requisition Expense Reporting

I may be overlooking this, but I can't seem where in Insight to run a report based on all the expenses we have associated with a req. We capture at the req level and not candidate level. I see this in the old reporting system, but not Insight. I need to get this information plus a few custom fields from the req profile built into one massive report for all expenses. Thank you.
