Can a recruiter get an alert when an internal candidate submits an application?

Hi - We would like our recruiters to receive some sort of communication when an internal candidate submits an application to a requisition. I looked at alerts under the global settings as well as correspondence... neither of these looks like an option for this.  We are using Taleo 7.5 SP15i.

I sure would appreciate any advise that anyone might have.  Thanks!
