Candidate report - do not want want multiple rows per candidate

I am putting together a report for all candidates by location and would like to have one row (latest transaction & step and status) to be reported per req. no. Currently the report is generating multiple rows for each candidate for the same requisition no. How do I filter for just the latest transaction.
This report is to be used by the different locations as a weekly current status of candidates applied by req. no. See below:
