State Specific Documents

Our team keeps running across the issue of numerous state specific documents which keep springing up....such as California Notice to Employees and New York Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and PayDay. We are problem solving to determine the best method for handling state specific forms.

At the moment we have the system configured to send state specific forms to new hires based on the requisition. We are 99% sure that we are moving toward a model of using a recruiter checklist to drive the forms (i.e., the recruiter selects the relevant state specific or function specific forms from a list and then the system will push out the relevant (selected) forms). This way we are covered for all of our legal forms that are state specific based on both residency and work location.

Howdy, Stranger!
