Looking for Suggestions/Workarounds Re: Single Sign On for Onboarding New Hire Portal

We have a requirement for our internal candidates/ new hires to bypass the Onboarding New Hire Portal log in page much like Single Sign On for Internal Career Sections.  As it stands today, we understand that Taleo does not support Single Sign On for the Onboarding New HIre Portal. 

Has anyone been able to find a way to address this requirement?
