To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Event Notification - Label on emails
Content
Hello,
We currently have a few event notificaitons set up to be sent to recruiters and managers.
The label of name of the email Address: "Approval request"
The current emails are being sent to manager/recruiters with "Approval request" <do_not_reply_manulife@invalidemail.com>. This is confusing as often times, no approval is actually required (and it is simply a notification).
Does anyone know if/how we can change the 'name' of Approval Request to something more appropriate. I am currently going in circles with support about this functionality and not getting any closer to finding out this question.
