Real-time Recruiting Dashboard

Our VP of HR is requesting a real-time recruiting dashboard that he can display in our recruiting department on a TV screen.  I'm fairly new to Taleo administration and have been creating our recruiting metrics/charts/graphs in Excel, using data from the reports that I generate from Taleo Reporting & Analytics (our upgrade to XI 3.1 is currently in progress).  I am aware that I have the ability to add charts & graphs within Taleo, using the Templates tab, but don't yet have any hands-on experience with using it.  Can anyone tell me if real-time reporting is even available via any
