OnBoard Configuration

I'm new to the OnBoard system and I have a couple questions related to configuring my system. 

1.  The OnBoarding employees all appear on the "My View" page but the progress bar dissapears after the packet is complete.  Is there a way to have this list be for individuals with packets "in progress" only or will the list just continue to grow on the "My View" page?

2.  Is there an option to configure the system to send a notification when an individual completes a packet?

I'd appreaciate any guidance.
