Can someone please explain to me or help me figure out why when I try to format a job posting it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get all the wording to look the same.

It doesn't matter if I type the posting right into the text box or if I copy or paste (although that is significantly worse)..

I am so unbelieveably frustrated right now!
