No report showing when using Insight Reporting

I am unable to run any reports using Insight Reporting. I get as far as telling the system what report I would like to have run, but all I get is a blank Insight Reporting screen as shown in the attachment. And I verified that I have IE running in Compatibility view. All I get is that circle in the middle circling endlessly and no change.

Any and all 'insights' (pun necessary) greatly appreciated.
