Is there a way to embed a link in a notification that opens up a candiate profile?

Approvers have the ability to click on a link in an email notificaiton sent to them and see requisition details without having to login to Taleo.  Can similar links be created in hiring manager email notifications so that managers can get to the candidate profile without having to login to Taleo?
