Trouble with OnBoard Tab Sorting

The OnBoard/OffBoard tab allows users to sort to see overdue or pending packets.  Unfortunately, all my packets appear in the "overdue" lists even though they are 100% complete with no pending activities or overdue items.  I'm strugging to manage my growing list on OnBoard candidates and can't seem to figure out why I'm unable to sort.
