Using Taleo as a Planning Tool

Hello

We are interested in using Taleo to forecast future recruitment, and have investigated creating a separate User Group for requisitions that are not currently being recruited for.  We need to be able to report on these requisitions and ideally see when they become 'live' without affecting current requisitions.

I'm keen to hear:

a) Whether anyone else has taken this approach, and if so, how well it worked and whether any issues arose

b)  If anyone else has taken a different approach to meet this kind of need

Any comments would be much appreciated!
