User group management for Recruiters working on several countries

Hello,

We have an automatic interface creating the users for the recruiters that assign the user group according to their country of origin. (ex: Recruiters for Switzerland are assigned the user group _nestle_CH - CH being the country code for Switzerland).

Now, certain recruiters work for several countries, ie recruiters from Morocco will also do the recruiting for Tunisia and Algeria.

I therefore added to the user group for Morocco the countries Tunisia and Algeria in the coverage area. The recruiters have therefore access to the data from the other countries.

The problem I have is that when you create a requisition, you have to choose the user group (it's a mandatory field). However, the recruiters from Morocco will only see the user group Morocco, as it's the only user group they have attached to their account, and will not be able to assign the user group Tunisia, even though they have access to the country data.

Howdy, Stranger!
