Without using multiple user groups - be able to see teams activity from ADVANCED FILTERS

Would like that you could save advanced searches, ie  if as the Recrutiing Manager you wanted to select a group of recruiters in advanced filters but didnt want to perform this action each time you wanted to look at them.  We dont want to get into using more user groups as this also means changing the hiring manager etc as well - we have too many internal changes to cope with the work associated with doing it that way.
