Referral Portal Questions

We currently run Taleo Business Edition

1. The way the employee referral Portland is set up once an employee refers a candidate the first

time the candidates email address is registered with Taleo and therefore that candidate can no longer

be sent in as a referral. The empoyee gets one shot at referring the candidate. Anyway around this?

2. I need to set up an agency portal in addition to our referral portal. How do I do this?
