Ranking Candidates

We are in the process of implementing Taleo. I would like to get suggestions on how we give access to our hiring managers (Search committees) to rank candidates. We typically have multiple hiring manager per position and we would like the ranking available only to the person ranking and administrator. Do you have any suggestions?
