Hey there,
Like to prick your brains on the below for Hourly requisition:
1. Candidate General Profile - Is it advisable to create a new Candidate Profile form just for hrly req OR we should just rely on ONE General Candidate Profile (Professional Hires)?
If we need to create a different form for the different types of req (Hrly and Professional) then it means Candidate will need to have 2 different links to login to their profiles? How can we make it easier for them?
2. Internal Career Section - Do we need to create a brand new Internal career section just for Hrly req since hrly req has a different flow from professional hire? If this is the case, are we saying we have 2 Internal Careers Sections, 1 is Internal Career Section for Hrly Req and the other is Internal Career Section for Professional Hire?
