Looking for others who are experiencing this bug in user accounts

Hi everyone,

Lululemon is experiencing a bug with user accounts.  When we access a user's account, if we expand the "User Groups" section of the account, we see all the groups that the user is part of, as well as the OLF that is tied to each of those groups (coverage area).

The issue is that we see the letter A multiple times in each of the OLF columns instead of blanks which are normally there when there is nothing to display.  There is no explanation to this.

Please see attached picture to see how it looks.

Are others experiencing this?  If so, please let me know and we will mention it to someone up the chain.
