I am a new user to Taleo but have been working on increasing the speed of uploading candidates in the system. I love the Outlook Plug In and the speed to system it offers. Since Outlook is already parsing the information from the text in Microsoft Word, is it able to add a similar button into Word itself?
I find myself having to download resumes to my desktop or a folder and then import the resume. When you try to add 30+ candidates in the system each day, the extra time of downloading resumes to your desktop effects flow and speed. One click from Word would make everything easier.
