Has anyone successfully accessed the new Oracle Support? I've followed the instructions and registered using my support id. When I tried to access support it tell me that access is unavailable and I need a valid support identifier. I'm extremely frustrated because our background checks are no longer processing and I'm unable to access the resources to get help.
