User being timed out

One of our users logged on and received a message saying she would be logged out, and that her time had been set by the administrator and she was about to max out. I am the administrator and did not set any time limit for her, and could not find where to change this. It happens to her as soon as she logs on. This is what it says:
"Logout Notification
Your session is about to meet the maximum allowable length of your work session as set by your Administrator. You will be automatically logged out at 12:42 PM.
Avoid being logged out by providing your Login Password to restart your session."
