Hiring Manager View of Candidates

If a candidate applies for multiple positions hiring managers not assigned to that Requisition can view all positions that the candidate has applied to and qualified for.  Is there a setting to change this so that they can only view their candidate/requisition?

Also hiring managers are able to see candidates who are not being considered or not qualified for positions, is there a setting to change this as well?  I want my hiring managers to only see their requisitions and active candidates being considered for interview.
