Advance Filter Shows as blank

We have a few recruiters that have a problem with when they click on the advance filters on either the requstions list or candidate list, the criteria box will be blank.  This happens usually the second time they try to access it without closing Taleo.  I'm guessing this is an internet setting problem, but I can't control them, so I want to give specific instructions on how to fix this.  Does anyone know what is causing this and better how to get this fixed?
