Assigning Hiring Managers as Requisition Approvers and Not Requisition Owner

Hi All,

I have set up my workflows, requisition and candididate list views so that our hiring managers can view qualified candidates, requisitions, approve, etc., but assigning only as approver and not owner.  Our recruiters (HR Administrator roles), will be the req. owners.   Through testing, it seems to be working fine, but before going live, looking for feedback on downside of this approach.
