uploading images to EW

Ideally, I would like to upload pics to each job location.  so when an employee goes to thier EW they can see a pic of thier job site and it will be more personalized for them.  I just don't know where to go after going into page layouts.  And, can I do this according to job location- since that would make sense instead of each person individually.
