Issues with capturing correct direct deposit information.

Hello -

My name is Patrick with Chipotle Mexican Grill and we currenty use both Taleo Recruiting & Onboarding. We have recently noticed that a growing number of our new hires are incorrectly entering direct deposit information and it carries a lot of adverse effects. While we are able to place field masking over the account routing number, we aren't able to do this for the account number because accounts have differing lengths of digits across the country. We thought of placing in two of the same fields on the Taleo direct deposit form that we build in the new hire portal,
