What is the best way to contact Oracle/Taleo when we're experiencing difficulties with the site? It has been running very slow all morning and keeps kicking our users off. I've checked the status page but there are no issues listed.
I used to be able to call a number and report the issue immediately; now it seems I have to go through numerous steps, none of which are relevant to the problem. Is there a better way to report this issue and get feedback that I'm not aware of?
I've also tried calling the customer service number, however I'm asked to choose from multiple options that I am not familiar with and asked to start a service request. However, I don't need to open a new SR, just report an issue.
