Flags or Icons for "Previous Employee" in Candidate List?

Hello,

I am a new TBE system administrator who is refining some of our Recruit settings.

Is there a flag, icon, or set page sorting I can use in the Candidate view to call out "Previous Employees"?

That is one of the questions we ask candidates to fill out when they complete their application.
