How does your company utlitize eQuest?

We are preparing for an upgrade to 12b and looking at how we have our user groups set up in eQuest. 

I was wondering how other companies have their users set up to use eQuest.  Do you have one account that everyone shares, or do you have different user groups that have a certain number of postings to certain job boards. 

Any ideas you could share on how you manage eQuest and have your users set up would be most helpful as we begin our upgrade to 12b.
