Best practices question regarding posting
Hi! Our company's business process requires one requisition/requisition number for every open position, which means that we will never have a requisition with more than one opening on it. HOWEVER, we often have multiple positions open that are the same job, same location. So, for example, if we have 5 openings for an animal technician, and 5 separate requisitions, what is the best way to POST these positions onto the paid boards?
Is there a quick way to mass assign a group of candidates from one requisition (assuming we only post one on careerbuilder/similar site) and move them to another requisition (same job, same location - just different req number?)
